Through my work, I explore ideas and the people who embody them. I’m fascinated by how our inner worlds shape our outer lives. What beliefs drive those who move against the current? Our sense of self, and the stories we tell about the world, determine how we live. I’m drawn to the ones who question those stories: the countercultures, the night dwellers, the people who live in the shade of polite society. These outliers often cross my path naturally, maybe because I meet them with curiosity instead of judgment. They think differently, and that difference sparks my creative fire. I’m compelled to understand, honor, and document ways of living that most people overlook or avoid.

My drawings, paintings, and murals explore raw, subcultural realities that polite society doesn’t notice or chooses to ignore. With bold coloring, loose linework, and a gritty ambiance, I depict the stories of outsiders: punks, sex workers, skaters, wanderers, and rebels who refuse to compromise their identity. A dominatrix feeding her sub in a supermarket aisle; a group of homeless ravers under a highway bridge after a warehouse party. These are the kinds of scenes I bring to light.

More about the artist:

Though my work often depicts chaos, excess, and scenes that some might call vulgar, my daily life is the opposite. I thrive in silence and order, surrounded by calm. The contrast keeps me balanced. It lets me dive deep into the messiness of human experience without losing my footing in it.

Right now, I’m working on a large-scale project called S**S. It brings together interviewees, volunteers, speakers, and collaborators to explore sexuality and free expression. The project looks at personal stories about desire, shame, and identity: subjects that are often wrapped in taboo or silence. Through conversations, photography, and a series of ten large paintings and twenty smaller drawings, I want to give space to voices that rarely surface in mainstream culture.

This project is also a step toward full artistic independence. It’s both a tribute to authenticity and an invitation to rethink what we find uncomfortable. By bringing these stories into the open, I hope to challenge the boundaries between intimacy and exposure, and to remind people that beauty often lives in the places we’re taught not to look.
