Lisa Arnold is an interdisciplinary artist from St. Paul, Minnesota, whose practice spans painting, printmaking and community-led public art. Working primarily in gouache, she creates abstract and botanical works inspired by the natural world, while also leading large-scale mosaic murals and street art projects that bring communities together.
After completing doctoral research in Theatre, Art and Social Change, Lisa chose to pursue art full-time. She now works from her forest studio, where nature continues to shape both her process and subject matter.
During her residency at Bored Peach Club, Lisa will explore Gozo's unique landscape and plant life while developing a new body of paintings and prints. She also plans to host a workshop before concluding her stay with a showcase of the work created during the residency.
