Residency terms.

Anyone aged 21 and over, in any medium, from anywhere. Come solo or as a duo.

A private room and bathroom, the shared house, the pool, the atelier and the perks of your package.

Food, materials, travel and insurance. The house has a full kitchen and the village has everything else.

Prices are per person and exclude VAT. VAT is charged at the Maltese rate by Bored Peach Club Ltd, company C 111685, VAT MT31970834. A stay is priced at the July and August rate when most of its nights fall in those months.

50% within 7 days of the offer holds your dates. The balance is due 30 days before you arrive. If the deposit isn't paid in time, the offer lapses.

The deposit is not refundable. You can move your dates once, within 12 months, with 30 days' notice. The balance is not refundable once paid.

€150 a week, sharing your room.
